Fees

The conference fee for the LCR 2017 depends on the time of registration (early bird vs. normal) and cover all conference materials (e.g. book of abstracts), meals at lunch breaks on all conference days (5.-7.10.2017), all coffee breaks, the welcome reception on 5.10.2017 and the conference dinner on 6.10.2017. LCA member will get a discount. The participation fee does NOT cover accommodation and travel costs and other expenses not listed above.

Please note:

To claim the registration fee for LCA members, you have to be an LCA member at the time of registration. You can apply for LCA membership using the application form on the LCA webpage. To claim the registration fee for PhD students, you have to be an PhD student at the time of registration. Please add a copy of your valid student card to your registration.

Payment methods

For private person or companies (anyone who doesn’t need a FATTURA ELETTRONICA from Italian public e-invoicing system):

• by credit card (only VISA) during on-line registration
• by bank transfer after registration. In this case the bank details where to address the conference fee will be send within the registration confirmation. Please finalise your bank transfer no later than 10 working days after registration confirmation.

For Italian public institutions or companies ONLY, when e-invoicing is requested by law (FATTURA ELETTRONICA – Decreto Ministeriale nr.55 del 04.03.2015): please provide all requested data. Our accountancy will upload the invoice to the Italian central e-invoicing system. Your accountancy will download the invoice and directly proceed with the payment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests received by 30.09.2017 at the latest will be subject to a 85% refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for refund.
